We operate 7 days a week, including public holidays (national and state), and there are no additional charges for moving on any public holiday. We have all the necessary equipment, manpower and transportation vehicles to fulfil our clients’ needs.

Other Services

Pet Transfers:

The family pet is always a major concern for families in any relocation. However, Felix Relocations makes it a point to adhere to all relevant customs rules and regulations, and special travel requirements will be our main priority so that the family's favourite member arrives safely and comfortably.

Quarantine:

Malaysia imposes a mandatory quarantine period of 30 days. It is possible, however, for the pet’s owner to appeal to the authorities to have much of the quarantine period conducted at the owner's own residence. In practice, a pet is usually quarantined for a week for observation. If the owner appeals and the authorities are satisfied that the animal is free from disease, the animal will be released to the owner to complete the quarantine period at home.

Handyman Services:

Felix Relocations’ job doesn't end after we deliver the possessions—we serve over and above the call of duty by providing additional assistance in the form of our handymen and maid services to help you turn a new house into a home immediately. Our licensed contractors are there to help you with such things as hanging pictures, changing plugs and light bulbs and other minor repairs, while our personnel is always available to assist with the setting up of your household upon arrival.

Motor Vehicles:

An Approval Permit must be obtained prior to the importing of motor vehicles. Duties are very high—for instance there is a 60% duty for motorcycles and a 170-300% duty for motorcars.
As such very few people import private motor vehicles into Malaysia. But Felix Relocations is able to assist with importing a motor vehicle at a much lesser cost.
